Return & Refund

At Opportia, we take great pride with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can help. All of our items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date for a refund of the merchandise value. For merchandise returned within 14 days of delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. No return or refund will be accepted after 14 days.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issue date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at cs@opportia.com to obtain a pre-pay return shipping label and RMA number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the shipping label we have provided.

If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, Please contact Opportia customer service email cs@opportia.com with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Once we receive your return, your refund will post to your to the original form of payment account within 7 to 10 business days.
